The Synergex process is designed around a four-point strata:

The intervention is in the form of Enterprise and Supplier Development programmes and relevant projects which will bring valuable change to our society. Procurement is sourced for the larger corporate and will be in line with the needs of the corporate’s scorecard deficiencies.
We are driven by the fact that B-BEE is only successful when it becomes a realistic part of the business ethos – allowing all stakeholders to benefit from an integrated approach.
2. Analysis
We offer a complete analysis with the metrics in place to assess how your company measures up against the BB-BEE industry standard within your business scope.
In contrast to check-listing, our services include a detailed analysis of how best a client can arrange their business strategy with the substance of B-BBEE compliance, ensuring submission to scorecard parameters that supports functional optimisation.
